Purva Northern Lights is a fresh apartment project in north Bengaluru. It is located at KIADB Aerospace Park, Karnataka. The project is in prelaunch stage. It is built by Puravankara Limited on a large 25-acre site. There are 8 towers with over 2600 homes. The apartments come in 2, 3, and 4 BHK layouts. Home sizes range from 1010 sq. ft to 2400 sq. ft. Each tower has two basement levels, a ground floor, and 31 floors above. Prices start from Rs. 1.3 Crore. The RERA number is yet to be shared. Possession is planned for 31 December 2029.
